Large part of information shaping our subconscious mind is created only after experiencing the events causing the creation of such information.
Since a human, in his/her limited lifetime can not actively experience all the events, emotions, acts or other form of stimulations that a human race can possibly experience, the creation of information required for reaching the threshold level in terms of quantity for the proper development of subconscious remains limited.

Because of the limited availability of experience-based-information, we humans, tend to blindly copy or follow the contemporary social facts and social actions. As a result we remain unaware of the true nature of our-self or ATMA. This results in a lack of understanding of how our choices are created, reactions are expressed and decisions are manifested in our life.

After a certain time period, when the anomaly or this lack of understanding becomes too huge, we start to observe this anomaly in terms of alienation in our work and life, state of confusion regarding goals of life. This alienation is a very common issue among the economic-slaves and forced-working class and is usually expressed in terms of a more contemporary phrase called "lack of focus".

If somehow, we humans can find a way of creating similar quantity and quality of information as is created after actively experiencing a stimulation, the resultant shaping of subconscious would be highly efficient and observable.

To achieve this highly efficient state of quality information creation even in the absence of active-experince, for the development of an optimistic subconcious, THE ONLY ONE COMMUNE has created a meditative technique called JEEVAN NRITYA.

Once you are sufficiently trained under GOLDEN FLOWER MEDITATION, you can easily modify and recreate your reality, and with time, once your awareness regarding perceptions created by conditioned human brain and awareness regarding maya reaches a certain threshold level, you start to modify realities of other beings and start to influence and create their future.


There is a very complex phenomenon involved in creating reality and future of oneself and others, so complex that even  thousands of textbooks explaining the phenomenon won't be sufficient to explain the role of variables and constants involved in shaping realities. The phenomenon can only be experienced by a memory-less aware being, an unstimulated being.


To understand the phenomenon (involved in creating universal realities) to such an extent so that it can be used and applied in the daily life, a sufficient level of un-stimulated self has to be created, and only after that the possibilities arise to see the real world, the world so fresh and joyous, so new, so holy, that nothing can replace the joy of being able to feel the un-touched world. 


The feelings created by the unstimulated consciousness completely surrounds you, immersing your soul into a deep state of no-mind, where only peace can exist, where stimulations die, and this is the state where you start to know how easy it is to be happy, to make everyone else happy, and how easy it is to create realities for yourself and for others.

HRIDYA DHYAN

LOVE - COMPASSION - GRATITUDE - THANKFULNESS

Holding Hands

The human body flourishes with love, kindness, compassion, and gratitude. Hridya or heart is that holy place and that heavenly way that is capable of connecting you with the superconscious being. But humans are often stuck in the hardships of life due to which one intentionally brings down the role of Hridya in his day to day decision making. Whenever faced by the dichotomy of heart and mind, we are conditioned by society to let our mind overtake our heart, because there is a fear that if our heart dominates our life, we may end up hurting ourselves and as a result hridya loses its tenderness and innocence. This leaves the person with a feeling of alienation & purposelessness.


This happens because we have never been taught the secrets of living a heart-full life, nor have we ever practised it. 


As humans grow older, this human temple, i.e. hridya gets plagued by emotions of greed, regret, anger and envy. These negative emotions slow down the metabolism which further vitiates the digestive agni, acting as a gateway to diseases. hence lifestyle diseases are just a manifestation of emotional stress.


In hridya dhyan, you will learn how to give up these negative emotions and live life just like a child does. If practiced regularly 90% of these lifestyle diseases would be cured completely. this happens because of the influx of positive emotions, replacing the negative ones, which in turn stimulates the brain to release hormones like oxytocin and dopamine, leaving humans rejuvenated with a heart as innocent as a baby and as soft as a flower.

Fear can be thought of as an emotion, feeling or a state of mind, but ultimately it is an energy of a negative character when manifested. This negative energy never allows a person to reach the highest possible version of himself and will always prove as a hindrance in one's effort to express himself in his completeness in any situation. This will ultimately lead to the creation of an opinion-oriented personality with a lack of understanding of 'self' & 'truth'.


Imagine a waterfall fearing the depth of a trench, unable to make a leap of faith, will never be able to join a stream, a river, and ultimately will never reach it's highest possible potential of becoming an ocean. Same is the case with we "humans".


The sole reason of this fear is "the fear of death" & rest all the fears are mere branches of this huge tree of "fear of death" hanging by its sides. Insecurities, fear regarding future, mental pressure, stress, fear of society, are just a few branches of this huge draconian tree. 


In Mrityu dhyan, all the seeds of fear, planted inside you by the life-long process of social conditioning, will completely be transformed into the seeds of love and the seeds of life. 

Using specific techniques of mindfulness, self-awareness, and meditation, you will get an understanding of the un-understandable aspects of life and death, which is a must if you want to begin your spiritual journey to reach the superconscious state of dhyan.

The Divine Art of Controlling Your Blood Flow

The flow of urja is what brings consciousness into existence. If there is no flow of urja/energy in a human body, then that body can simply be perceived as dead and decaying organic matter. So what is the basis of this flow of energy, the answer is very simple, the blood flowing in your body, and this flow of blood is what brings the human body to life.


The flow of blood is a precursor to the complex system which brings consciousness into existence, and if this vital precursor gets disturbed & interrupted, then diseases like diabetes, cancer, hypertension, Alzheimer's, dementia, and many other ailments affects your body. All possible and existing ailments by which a human body can suffer throughout its lifetime can be healed completely by practising this one meditation: Rakta Dhyaan.

Let's understand this by taking an example of a river: if the water in a river flows continuously without any obstruction, then the river stream starts to purify itself because the self-purification system of the river kicks in automatically. 


This is what exactly happens with the blood flowing in your body. If the flow of blood is proper, the auto-cleaning system of the blood vessels initiates automatically. 


In rakta dhyaan, using specific techniques of meditation, you will be sensitized towards every droplet of blood rushing inside your veins, which will further enhance your intensity of mindfulness.
